About Lady V

MartinLuther King is remembered for his speech of “I have a Dream”, and it has remained partly his legacy today.  The world is all about legacies.  What will I be remembered for when I step out of this world? Will my life have made a difference? Oh well the answer will not be on this blog alone, but I will use this blog to try to make some difference in your kitchen, in your marriage and in your family. As a child, I learned from the old hand how to make delicious foods. My grandmother (bless her soul) could entertain the whole world without a sweat.  She loved cooking and serving and she will feed the hungry without asking for anything in return.  In the process of loving her, I loved her ways and her cooking and today, my life has been about giving of my knowledge, feeding the hungry and teaching people how to cook.

The purpose of this blog is to create a platform for my fans to enjoy/recreate my recipes without scrolling down to thousands of posts on my Facebook page before locating a particular food post, calling me and asking me how I made that and that. So check in daily, weekly to see and learn the latest creation showcasing my passion and love for food. I may be discussing other things that may not be food related from time to time, but the main crux is food.

Finally, for me to maintain this blog, I will need your constructive feedback on my creations of even non-food related topic that I choose to discuss on this blog.  Again, welcome to my food world, where I am striving to create a food legacy.
